Generation gap in schools

The term "generation gap" is the difference in years between members of a family, such as children and adults or people in general. These differences can be seen in music, clothes, beliefs, lifestyle and so on.

In mainly the secondary schools, teenagers look older than their real age, so in most of the cases they are bigger than their teachers. For this reason, teachers have to be aware of the gap between them and their students, because if they are like a friend, they will lose all respect. What can they do? Teachers have to put in place rules between them and the students to know who is boss.

In conclusion, it is obvious that there are some differences between old and young people, but the latter have to know that old people can help and teach them a lot of things about life.
